Homes by Dickerson: 50 Years of Custom Homebuilding Excellence Since 1975, Homes by Dickerson has built a reputation for exceptional custom homes in the Raleigh area and beyond. That same year, we entered and won our first Parade of Homes, setting the tone for a half-century of award-winning craftsmanship. Locally owned and deeply rooted in the communities we serve, we take pride in never building the same home twice. Each residence is a one-of-a-kind reflection of our clients’ vision, brought to life with care and creativity. In 2009, we built our first National Green Built Certified home, leading the way in high-performance, energy-efficient construction. This commitment continues today, reflecting our belief in building not just beautiful homes, but ones that offer lasting value and sustainability. Over the years, we’ve been honored with more than 200 Parade of Homes entries, numerous Builder of the Year awards, and recognition for projects like the 2016 HGTV Smart Home and the Duke Children’s Miracle Home. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2025, our founding principles—Service, Design, Commitment, Quality, Craftsmanship, and Flexibility—continue to guide everything we do.
