This floorplan was developed by Design Tech and myself. We wanted to incorporate all the things into this house that we've found over time that have been special features of past projects that homeowners like. For example, the main floor owner's suite, zero entry shower, owners closet connecting to the laundry room, two car garage and an oversized "hang out" upstairs
About the Builder
We've been building homes in the triangle since 2007 but shifted our operation and focus soley on downtown construction in 2014. Most of the homes we build are in Five Points and Mordecai neighborhoods with the price range of 1.5M-1.8M.
